The object I made is a drumstick holder. The width of a drumstick is .5 inches so I rounded up to 1 inch so there would be space for them. I multiplied that by 2 for 2 drumsticks, so the circumference of the circle was 51 mm. I added a divider halfway through so that the drumsticks could be separate. The height of the drumsticks I use is 15.5 inches. I wanted ¾ of the stick in the holder so I made the height of the holder = 10 inches or 254 mm. I made the clip to attach the holder to the drum set 2 in or 51 mm on both sides in order for it to stay attached. The hardest part of this assignment for me was figuring out a way the drumstick holder would stay attached. I decided to make it that shape because it seemed simple and effective. The height of the stand I would attach the drumstick holder to is 2 feet/609.6 mm tall. The diameter of the stand is 2 inches/50.8 mm. In addition to badly adding the drumstick holder to the picture, I also badly added fake drumsticks! Enjoy those badly added drumsticks.
